Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
If you receive a visibly damaged package, please do not accept it and leave it to the courier.
Shipping methods, free shipping and delivery times vary according to the shipping country.
Customers who reside in countries that are not part of the European Union and united Kingdom are exempt from VAT.

TAXES AND DUTIES
All the shipments outside the European Union and United Kingdom are subject to import taxes and local taxes which vary according to the type and value of the goods. The orders will be DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), duties must be paid directly to the courier at the time of delivery.
Please, note that we don't issue FTA for South Korea.
For shipments to Russia and China, shipments can only be made in DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) with SDA. Returns are not allowed.
