Our products are delivered by DHL couriers.
We process and ship our orders during main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm GMT+1 (with the exception of Italian public holidays).
The procuts will be ready for dispatch only after the receipt of payment.
All shipments that are sent by theapartmentcosenza.com are insured against theft and accidental damage.
Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
If you receive a visibly damaged package, please do not accept it and leave it to the courier.
Shipping methods, free shipping and delivery times vary according to the shipping country.
Customers who reside in countries that are not part of the European Union are exempt from VAT.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email from theapartmentcosenza.com. The tracking number will be sent directly from the courier.

The Apartment dispatches orders "delivery duty paid" (DDP), hence all taxes and duties are included for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Macao, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States for orders under 800$. Goods will arrive directly at their destination address in these countries, with no extra charges other than the amount paid at the time of the order.
Orders to all other countries are sent "delivery duty unpaid" (DDU), i.e. exclusive of any local sales taxes or customs duties. If you reside in a non-EU country, we advise you to find out about local taxes and duties before placing an order on The Apartment Cosenza.
